1 Digital Delivery Policy
All products sold on our platform are distributed electronically. Once your transaction is validated, activation license keys and official installation download links are automatically generated and displayed on-screen, as well as dispatched to your registered email address. Since these goods are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be physically returned or retrieved once distributed.
2 Reseller Activation Guarantee
We represent authentic, legal software licenses. We offer a 100% Activation Guarantee. If your license key fails to activate your software installation or is marked invalid by official support within 30 days of purchase, we will instantly issue a replacement license key free of charge or process a full refund.
3 Refund Eligibility Rules
- Activation Issues: If a license key does not work and our support team is unable to resolve it or provide a working replacement key within 48 hours, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Unused Keys: If you purchased by mistake and have NOT revealed/used the license key, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Non-Refundable: Refunds cannot be issued for keys that have been successfully registered or activated, or after 30 days from the purchase date.
